The Summer has come to an end along the Etruscan Coast and it is time to think about the harvesting of the olives at the Ventola. The Extra Virgin Biological Olive Oil comes from land at Collemezzano about 4 km from Vada and will be used at meal times guaranteeing our guests the most genuine of condiments.

Why Biological? Because no chemical products are used in its production: because, even today, the olives are picked by the Polzella family using old fashioned methods and then they are sent to the oil pressing mill the same day keeping them healthy and genuine.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is produced by the Polzella family has low acidity levels and is 100% Tuscan.

You will only find this oil at the Ventola residence.  You can try it on your lunches or dinners at the restaurant, as part of the ingredients used to prepare your dishes (no-other type of oil is used in preparation), or you can buy it in elegant litre, 1 litre or 5 litre bottles.
